We always recommend that you have a clear idea of your price range and advise tenants to review their income and expenses before looking at properties, so that they don’t get disappointed later down the line with a property that is out of their price range.

Due to the rental sector being in high demand currently, we are constantly taking on new properties. Take a look at what we have currently and if you can’t find what you are looking for then please register your interest and we will contact you as soon as property becomes available that matches your criteria.

Landlords insurance does not cover tenants property, most landlords insurance policies only cover buildings insurance. This means that your possessions will need insuring separately to ensure you are covered for any damage or loss of your contents.

All tenants will need to undergo references, which they will pay for. This is the only fees that are attributed to the tenant, we do not charge any further administration fees to tenants. Which can be a considerable saving compared to high street agencies.
