Hi, Gary again! Always a bit awkward writing about yourself, so here goes…

Having had a general interest in properties and construction from an early age, I found myself intrigued by property development, in having a vision of what a shell or dilapidated property could become. Even to this day I am constantly in awe of some of the characteristic features of older properties, and wanting to bring them to life with a splash of modern and contemporary.

With my best endeavours, albeit over a period of some years I set about buying a property, ‘doing it up’ then either renting out for additional income or selling on for a healthy profit. Throughout this period I gained a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience in not just property development, but importantly how estate and letting agents plied their trade.
